Judo Program

You’re just beginning in Judo, or you already have Amateur or Professional experience, we have you covered. If you’re a Beginner, we’ll make you a skilled Novice. If you’re an experienced Novice, we’ll take you to the top of the Amateur ranks. If you’re a high level Amateur, we can bring you to a World Class level.

Boxing

You can teach yourself how to punch, but you can’t teach yourself how to box/fight. There is a difference. It is an art and nothing can replicate the training you get in an actual gym and in an actual sparring session in the ring

Kick Boxing

When it comes to kickboxing there is no absolute age level, kids as young as 6 can start to train, and we know some people in the 80’s who train more than once a week. It is true that kids can sometimes learn faster than adults, and they can quickly become comfortable with the skills and moves in kickboxing

Wrestling

Wrestlers are strong with grappling because they grapple. They might not be strong baling hay, or throwing kicks. … So conditioning and muscular endurance are integral to how strong you are in grappling. That’s aside from how much their superior sense of balance and use of leverage contributes to how “strong” they feel.
